Will your system be compatible with the one I currently use, or will I need to implement a new one?

It depends on the type of system you use. If you have an offline software-based system, you can use our web-based solution alongside it. If you also use a web-based system, you may need to coordinate with our developers to integrate our solution into yours.

You also have the option to switch to our system completely. We’ll provide you with the needed guidance every step of the way.

What services will I be getting for my billing costs?

Our services are personalized according to your needs and budget. Rest assured, you’ll get full access to our advanced web-based platform and receive guidance and assistance from our licensed medical personnel and expert assistants.

What reports should I expect to receive?

You’ll receive reporting on fundamental financial data, such as your aged account receivables, which list down your unpaid customer invoices and credit memos. It provides information on which patients may be overdue for payment.

We also offer reporting on possible claim denials. Our reporting includes credit balance, as well, so you know exactly how much a card issuer owes your business.
